Worldwide English is the language most commonly used. Japan is in a high position in the world. But their English is very low position. A corporate announced globalization policies. The company announced policy which is writing English in all the meetings, email, all areas.

I think the policy should be corrected quickly. It is a very regrettable World of corporate Japan in the world do not commonly used English.  Worldwide Company speak English naturally. I think that the company is more developed. So, this policy would have come. But now, the majority of the employees can not say a word. If excellent work employees do not speak English, the efficiency drops and they take time off to study English. So the efficiency drops so much. The policies so is changed that they can be used English easily and promoting English learning programs in the company is more efficient.

stranger than fiction

 

The movie is fantasy, comedy, drama, melodrama/love/romance. Main characters are Harold Crick played by Will Ferrell, Ana Pascal played by Maggie Gyllenhaal, Karen Eiffel played by Emma Thompson.

 

IRS agent Harold Crick in drab everyday life. One day, he in his head describing his every action and exactly what a woman's voice is heard. And met a lovely woman Anna. However, Worse, that the voice was saying he would die soon! in front of strange and incredible situation, Harold should start looking real hero of the voice. Somehow, she was founded but! she is Just write an end to protagonists novelist Karen Eiffel tragedy, and this novel main character is just Harold Crick! Harold finally meet Karen and Harold and Karen both fall into chaos...

 

I saw the movie and thought. I think we are always dull, ordinary everyday lives like Harold. But it is not. Sometimes, like a novel as funny, sad story like a novel, lovely like a novel and stranger than novel. That is life.

 

Finally, this movie is really fun. must watch this movie!

I like the coffee. And I prefer going to the coffee shop. Why is this my favorite.

First, the coffee shop sells coffee. This is natural. However, it is the biggest reason. And the kind of coffee is also very diverse. I usually drink an Americano, but sometimes, filled with sweet and milk coffee drink. In these cold winter, when I eat a sip of hot coffee, so my whole body is warm and happy!!

           Second, I can feel that personal comfort by drinking a cup of good coffee. I can lock alone in reflection and think my plan and I also can have a personal reading or studying comfortably relaxed in this place.

           Finally, the individual may come alone, but together with friends or lovers take a rest as the best time and a simple meeting place. In comfortable and cozy a chair and spending time with friends and lovers is a truly enjoyable!

            For this reason, I really like going to a coffee shop.  Even Alone or together it is enough happy and joyful place.
